AGILOX ONE is a floor-to-floor autonomous mobile robot that transports pallets through narrow aisles. An omnidirectional drive concept with four drive units allows forward, backward, parallel, diagonal and rotational movement around its own axis. The standard configuration lifts 1,000 kg to 500 mm with a single scissor lift, or 750 kg to 1,000 mm with a double scissor lift, and the fleet coordinates itself through AGILOX X-SWARM technology without a central control system.

History

AGILOX grew out of Intrest OG, founded in Linz in 2009, and was reorganised as AGILOX Services GmbH in 2017. AGILOX ONE was the first product, launched that year at the LogiMAT intralogistics trade fair in Stuttgart.

Purpose

AGILOX ONE gives production companies a flexible way to move pallets between floor positions without fixed AGV infrastructure.

Highlights

Development

About eighteen months after launch, close to 100 AGILOX units were in operation in eleven countries across three continents. AGILOX later extended the range with the OCF counterbalanced forklift in 2021 and the ODM dolly mover in 2022.
